TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Stay Iconic. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of stayiconic.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you accept these Terms.

1. About Us

2. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. A binding agreement is formed when we accept your order and it enters production. We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, obvious pricing errors, or product unavailability; if your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

3. Use of the Site

By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age in your country of residence, or that you have permission from a parent or guardian. You may not use the Site or our products for any unlawful purpose, attempt to interfere with the Site's security or operation, or transmit any malicious code.

4. Products

Every Stay Iconic piece is made to order, just for you. Minor variations in color and print placement may occur, and colors may appear differently depending on your screen settings. Such variations are a natural part of the production process and do not constitute a defect.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown at checkout in the applicable currency. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers; we never store your full card details.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, logos, and other content on the Site are our property or that of our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit our designs without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory rights under the law of your country of residence.

9. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
